Customer Support Specialist with English (online payments)
Your role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers over chat and email.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.
- Execute an organized, efficient, and structured working process.
- Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.
Required skills:
- High command of English language is a must.
- Multi-tasker with excellent computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications (especially with Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Very good customer orientation.
- Previous experience in a customer support role in the online payments/fintech industry will be considered an advantage.
