Каменица: General Manager Assistant & Office Assistant
Based in Sofia
The position is directly reporting to the General Manager of Kamenitza AD.
Responsibilities:
• Support the General Manager in his daily activities & support the working process at HO Sofia.
• Assist and ensure organizational support to the General Manager in his daily activities.
• Prepare and translate documents from/to English.
• Support organization and delivers required documentation of management meetings.
• Dealing with in/out going e-mail, telephones related with General Manager and CLT members.
• Plan and organize delivering of required sources and tools for the working process at HO Sofia (incl.
office materials, cleaning, etc.).
• Assist Legal department in documentation management.
Requirements:
• University graduate (preferably in Business, Linguistics).
• Excellent English language knowledge.
• Fluent work with MS Office (previous work with Power Point will be advantage).
• Experience in international environment will be a plus
• Positive, well-organized person with attitude to work with people.
• Analytical skills and ability to coordinate different tasks.
