The main goal of our Internship program is to put well prepared young specialists into real-life business environment where they could develop their potential. Every intern works on a particular project under the supervision of a mentor. At the end of the program the intern presents their results. Now we are looking for a motivated person to join our internship program as part of our Human Resource Department. The duration of the internship is 6 months.

What is to be an intern in our department?

• You will be in charge of a project and will receive the freedom (and the responsibility) to manage it the way you want to

• You will get support by an experienced mentor from your team

• Additionally, as a part of our Training and Recruitment team you will be involved in various activities and processes such as preparing and adapting trainings, conducting interviews, etc.

• You will also be involved in the everyday activity of your team

• Of course, you will be a part of our internship program, including special trainings and activities

 

Your profile:
• Interest in the HR area

• Completed third grade of a bachelor program

• Very good English

• Advanced MS Office skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Willingness to learn
