The second module of the academy “Women’s rights in the changing world of work” took place on 15 June 2023.

Rada Yosifova focused on the equality between women and men as a core principle of all policies related to the protection of women's rights including labour rights. Bistra Ilieva warned women to be ready for emergencies which climate change can bring. She also mentioned the importance of our digital footprint and how to be cautious in the digital space. Iliana Parvanova shared practical tips from her career as an engineer and the opportunities that women will have in the green transition. Olya Peneva discussed the role of businesses to care for children's well-being by adopting family-friendly policies and supporting working parents.

The goal of the organizers is to develop the academy and reach multiple stakeholders who are interested in advancing equality between women and men by offering online and face-to-face training.
