On April 25th, 2024, at 5:00 PM, a discussion forum on the topic "Equality in Law and through Law" will be held in Room 224 at the Rectorate of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". During the forum, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Savina Mihaylova-Goleminova will present a portion of the report prepared for the upcoming congress of the European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP) in Antwerp.
The activities are part of the project activities under activity 3.3 "International Cooperation in the Strategic Areas of Higher Education" within the project BG-RRP-2.004-0008 SUMMIT - Sofia University Marking Momentum for Innovation and Technological Transfer. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Savina Mihaylova-Goleminova is a member of the European Association of Tax Law Professors (EATLP) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA), representing Bulgaria in its women's section.
Prof. Lise Chatain, from the University of Burgundy, the national rapporteur for France for the EALTP congress, will acquaint the audience with France's best practices.
