Prof. Davidkov drew the audience's attention to the importance of the STEM approach in supporting students' motivation and interest in science and technology. STEM creates opportunities for students to develop the competencies needed to successfully meet the challenges of the 21st century. Combining the STEM approach with "standard" education creates an educational environment that helps students to be competent, creative, and successful in the world of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
