Sofia Innovations Workshop will Seek Solutions to Important Problems Faced by Cities.
In the period 29 -31 March 2019 an innovations workshop will take place at Sofia City Art Gallery – part of the "Science meets Parliaments/Science meets Regions" pilot project of The Joint Research Center of the European Commission.
Sofia municipality in partnership with the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University, the Sofia Development Association and “Green Sofia” have suggested that the discussion should take up three complex and significant urban challenges faced by Sofia and other cities. The aim is to gather the opinions and the ideas of different groups from society and to come to solutions which can be put into practice.
The Methodology of the innovations workshop is based on the fact that when people with different profiles and interests get together, they are very likely to reach effective solutions to the problems they face.
