On March 18, managers from CERB Group visited the Master's Program "Energy Markets and Services" at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Students from the program met with Eng. Stefka Mancheva, Manager of the "Chemical Laboratory for Analysis of Mineral and Insulating Oils" and Boyan Dimitrov, Technical Director at AmonRa Energy.
The lecture covered topics related to asset management in conventional and renewable power and was held in the discipline "Management of Energy and Utility Services", led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atanas Georgiev.
Eng. Stefka Mancheva presented case studies from CERB Group's experience, including work on maintenance and repairs of assets across the spectrum of energy services. Eng. Dimitrov presented processes related to investments in solar power and batteries.
In 2023, CERB Group celebrated its 75th anniversary since its founding. In 1948, the first workshop of the Central Energy Repair Base was established - a small workshop for repairing rotating electrical machines. Currently, CERB employs over 150 qualified engineers, technicians, employees, and workers. The base covers an area of 20,000 square meters, including production facilities, workshops, laboratories, and administrative buildings.
