Dr. Silvana Donde from the University of Elbasan "Alexander Huvani" gave a lecture on "Cyber Law, Conventions of Cyber Law and Responsibility of Entities Operating Online" in the end of May, in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme. The lecture and the visit were hosted by Assoc. Prof. Kamen Spasov and Assoc. Prof. Savina Mihaylova.
