On March 29, Ani Filipova, a banker, and entrepreneur, was a guest lecturer for the master's students in the course "Top Business Management Tools". She shared her rich experience in managing real changes in the banking sector.

The main topics discussed were:

• The increasing pace of technological revolutions and the constant challenges facing organizations;
• The growing speed of attracting new clients - the latest technological applications and attracting huge groups of clients literally within weeks and days;
• The needs and requirements of clients;
• Change management projects are at the center of management and are their continuous responsibility. Change management is a structured process - each phase has a specific logic and content.

The student's assessment of the guest lecture was unanimously positive.
