Prof. Sonia Mileva and Аssoc. Prof. Yia Petkova held and Erasmus mobility at the Institute of Management at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management of the University of Rijeka, Croatia in the period 22-26 May, 2023.
They both participated in an international week at the Institute of Management which aim is to improve and strengthen international cooperation mainly between researchers and teachers in the field of tourism, management and entrepreneurship. The week included lectures and presentations, covering the topics of tourism development, leadership in multicultural environment, the importance sustainability in entrepreneurship, models organizational management, etc. The participants had the opportunity to learn more about the history of Opatija and the region itself.
