For the third year in a row, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEBA) of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" held the specialized applied course "Data Visualization from Analytical Research", developed by the VMware team. Students attending the course were taken through all stages, which included working on a real analytical project, after which they were paired in teams. Each team worked under the mentorship of established professionals and acquired applied knowledge and skills in a real case study context. The course concluded with presentations of the students’ case resolutions; each team received constructive feedback from the business representatives, and the best student performance received awards from VMware.
The management of FEBA expresses their gratitude to the VMware team for the donated course and the provided study materials and resources. Special notice to Severina Mangusheva (Product Manager), Yordan Ivanov (Senior Data Product Manager), Elena Stoyanova (Product Manager), Hristo Hristov (Senior Manager, Data Analytics), Deni Panova (Manager Data Analytics), Valentin Nachev (Data Scientist) for the time, effort and enthusiasm they put into running the course this academic year as well.
