The sessions take place at the "Bonsist" tennis complex, Student Town. SU employees and teachers can participate in all tennis sessions in the student schedule. Judo
Teachers and staff at Sofia University and their children can participate in martial arts activities according to the student schedule, depending on their technical, physical and time capabilities.
One-year professional-pedagogical qualification for judo assistant coach
The Department of Sport organises, in collaboration with the Bulgarian Judo Federation, a one-year specialisation to acquire the professional-pedagogical qualification "judo assistant coach" and to gain knowledge and skills in the theory and practice of physical education and sport, judo training methodology, in accordance with modern requirements and rules in judo.
The course lasts one year, over two semesters (750 hours), scheduled throughout the year – on weekends or evenings, depending on the availability of the participants.
