IV International congress,
official opening 9th September, 1934
The congress is organized by the Association of Byzantine and Medieval Studies Researchers in Bulgaria and will take place from 22nd to 27th August, 2011 in Sofia University.
The association was established in 1948. Its main goal is to introduce the research in the field of Byzantine Studies to the wider audience. The congress will support panel talks and grants for students and doctoral students for participation and expenditures at the amount of 350EU.
