The official opening was attended by Prof. Anastas Gerdzhikov, Vice-Rector of Sofia University, H.E. Leszek Hensel, Ambassador of Poland in Bulgaria and Mrs Agnieszka Koszucko, Director of the Polish Institute in Sofia.

H.E. Leszek Hensel invited the guests to become part of a unique travel through the Polish history; an interesting fact about it is, for example, that the Association of the Restaurateur Archeologists is one of the first in the world.

The exhibition shows the actions to preserve and protect Polish archeology, which have had a great impact on the contemporary archeology and history of Poland.
