Alma Mater Gallery opened for cultural and educational event gathering students, scientists, lecturers and friends of Finland.
The exhibition was opened by H.E. Tarja Laitiainen, Ambassador of Finland and Prof. Ivan Ilchev, Rector of Sofia University. The aim of the event is to evoke interest in the academia to Finnish history.
The event was preceded by a discussion among Prof. Ivan Ilchev, H.E. Tarja Laitiainen, Assoc. Prof. Petya Yaneva, Dean of the Faculty of Classical and Modern Languages and Assoc. Prof Alexander Kyosev on educational issues as well as cultural exchange.
