Prof. François Bourguignon thanked for the honour to present in the ïntelectual heart of Bulgaria" as was addressed the Aula by the Vice-Rector Prof. Popivanov.

The lecture is part of a series named after the great Polish journalist, writer and poet Kapuschinski, dedicated to development and collaboration in the field of policies for development.

In the lecture actively participated Zinaida Zlatanova, Head of the EU Representation in Bulgaria, Hristina Mitreva, Vice-Minister of Labour and Social Policies, and other public figures and politicians.
