The unique book by Todor Borov (real name: Todor Tsvetanov Todorov) is a famous Bulgarian bibliographer.
Todor Borov was born in Lom. He graduated Sofia University, then specialized in Berlin. He initiated the establishment of the Bulgarian Bibliographic Institute and was his director. He teaches Librarian Studies and Bibliography at Sofia University, and has supported the development of a number of bibliographies.
The promotion of the book was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy, Assoc. Prof. Alexanred Dimchev, and the poet Lyubomir Levchev.
The book was issued by Sofia University Press and is in the collection "University Heritage".
