Promotion of Prof. Vesselinov's new book "French lexicon in the novel "Tyutyun" by Dimitar Dimov" took place in Sofia University Library yesterday.
Prof. Valery Stefanov presented the monograph to the audience.
The promotion is devoted to 100th anniversary of the birth of Dimitar Dimov, celebrated by an exhibition "Prof. Dimitar Dimov: scientist and writer".
The book's author Prof. Vesselinov has been teaching at Sofia University for a long time, his interests are in the field of European Language Policy, history of philology, lingual cultural transfers, comparative language studies, bilingual lexicography, history of the Franch language in Bulgaria and on the Balkans.
