The Scientific Research Department Director Mr. Bozhil Dobrev thanked his colleagues and announced that the receiving of the certificate is the beginning of the implementation of a system for quality assurance.

Mrs. Stoyanova, who handed the certificate, noted that the difficulty is of sustainable development of such a system, not only of its establishment.

Prof. Popivanov, Vice-Rector, congratulated the Director and the team and noted that Sofia University has always maintained higher standards.
