Hall 1 hosts a scientific conference.
The conference was organized by the Scientific Laboratory of Experimental Education "Prof. Noykov", foundation "Humanity"and the Balkan University of Employment and Social Policy.
The programme is divided in two sessions; the first is dedicated to the economic profile of the crisis and the effect it has and the second deals with the demographic, social and humanitarian aspects.
The official opening started at 10:00 with an art programme by the musician prof. Snezhana Barova, piano, assoc. prof. Ventsislav Kandelov, flute, and the poet Georgi Konstantinov. The opening address "Globalization, crisis and humanity" by prof. Lyuben Dimitrov, president of foundation "Humanity". The main presentation was delivered by Ivan Neykov on "Bulgarian workforce market now and after the crisis".
