The research led to disclosing interesting facts about the people related to this place design. Archive sketches, drawings and material provision lists were found. The authors of the book "...Balchik" Roositza Malcheva-Zlatkova and Diana Yonkova present a number of sources of information, as well as numerous photographies.

The official opening of the exhibition "The gardens of the former summer residency in Balchik: authenticity and history"will be in the University Botanical Gardens, 49 Moskovska str., Sofia, at 14:00h on 23rd May, 2012.
