The journal is issued by the The Center for Research, Design and Delivery of Quality e-Learning in Diverse Educational Context, the Integral University Center.
Its goal is to be a forum for academic papers devoted to e-learning. The journal will inform about theory and practice of e-learning, about the project and reality in electronic education. It will be issued in Bulgarian and English.
