The conference "Saints and Holy Places on the Balkans" started supported by the project Encyclopaedia Slavica Sanctorum started in the Conference Hall.
The Conference was opened by the Vice-Rector, Prof. Anastas Gerdzhikov, who congratulated the organizers for the diversity of topics, suggested by philologists, historians, ethnologists, art researchers.
