The contracts were given by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science as a result of the call uder Human Resources Development BG051PO001-3.3.06 "Support for development for doctoral students, postdoctoral research, specialists and young sciencists".

The programme will support 340 young scientists, who will be supported for dissertation preparation, further international mobility and publications in scientific journals.

Four projects of Sofia Univesrity will be co-funded by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Science: "Development of inter-faculty Doctoral Programme in the field of educational research and e-learning at Sofia University", BGN 547,775.56; "Education, religion, media, politics: analysis of reality" BGN 468,481.92; "Integral programme for doctoral students support in the field of social and humanity studies" BGN 715,421.3, and a project of the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics.
