The Academic Council of Sofia University voted unanimously not to use the opportunity given by the State Budget Law to raise the tuition fees
The vote was greatly applauded by the students present in the hall, who noted that this way the government institutions would transfer the responsibility for financing the higher education directly to the deans and rectors, and indirectly to the students.
