The discussion with Prof. Ilchev, the Rector of Sofia University, was dedicated to the main priorities in the field of education. The focus of the dialogue were student exchange programmes between the two countries. Republic of Kosovo citizens can attend Bachelor Degree and Master Degree Programmes in Bulgarian, as well as in English, French and German.

H.E. Mr. Shpend Kallaba reminded that Bulgaria has always been the best friend of Kosovo in the region and he sees the potential of further collaboration development in the field of education.
