Sofia University Patron's Day is celebrated on 25th November.
The date was chosen 109 years ago, at a meeting of the Academic Council on 2nd November, 1902.
The tradition to celebrate the Patron's Day dates back in the 80s of the 20th century. It concentrates celebrations, promotions, meetings, concerts. This year's St Kliment's Days start on 22nd November and end on 2nd December. The feature Conference dedicated to the Chemistry Year, Youth Conference "St. Kliment's Days", conference "Russian Studies: language, culture, translation", many exhibitions, performances and concerts.
