The journal is issued by the Integral University Centre for research, Design and Delivery of Quality e-Learning (http://e-center.uni-sofia.bg/)

The first and second issues of the journal for 2012 are in pront. They will be devoted to web 2.0 in education, the use of social software: blog, wiki, podcast, virtual worlds, joining e-learning 2.0 and mobile technologies in different educational context.
