The ceremony of awarding "Student of the Year" takes place for four years and is under the motto "Support for the art higher education"
More than ninety students from 32 universities competed for the prize and were assessed by an expert jury. The awards were given in the Small Urban Theatre by the Channel. The two awarded Sofia University students are:
Teodor Totev - category "Social, business and law sciences"
Dimitar Dimitrov - category "Natural sciences, mathematics and informatics"
