The symbolic act is a protest against the withdrawal of the rights of managing the Botanic Gardens in Balchik. Students and lecturers expect the decision of the Council of Ministers on Wednesday, 6th April.
Yesterday students of the Faculty of Biology started a procession to the Botanic Gardens. The Rector Prof. Ivan Ilchev joined the procession.
