Sofia University is proud to announce the beginning of collaboration with the English Language Learning Division of Oxford University Press (OUP) for administration of Oxford Test of English.
Mrs. Romy Short, Global Director of Assessment,Testing & Digital Learning at Oxford University Press (OUP), expressed her appreciation of the partnership in the first stage of the development of Oxford Test of English. OUP offers this test to a limited number of institutions in Europe in 5 countries.

Oxford Test of English is a test of general English proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference. Mrs Romy Short will present the test for Bulgaria on 26th February, 11 am, Hall 1.
