The scientific editions on the history of the Bulgarian education increased in number by an extremely interesting book, dedicated to Sofia University Rectors. The author is Assoc. Prof. Tsveta Todorova, Executive Director of the Museum of Sofia University
The book analyzes the Rector's institution, Rector's attributes, and the rituals. A separate chapter is devoted to the academic honorary sighns of Alma Mater. The most interesting part is dedicated to the Rectors, from the first, Prof. Dr Alexander Balan, to the current, the 55th, Prof. Ivan Ilchev.
The book was issued by Sofia University Press and contains 179 pages of information and pictures.
It is dedicated to the 120th Anniversary of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
