The event was organized by the Department of Social Education and Social Work, UNICEF Bulgaria and the French Institute. Invited speaker was Mr. Boris Cyrulnik, neurologist and psychologist, world renowned scientist, who established the concept of Psychological Resilience; lecturer at Toulon, France.

The lecture was opened by prof. Claudia Sapundzhieva, who expressed her belief that the lecture would shade light on both basic and specific features of Resilience.
