The media representatives expressed their understanding and support; more than 90% of the attending were Sofia University Alumni.

The members of the organising committee of the meeting procession presented the demands for calling the meeting. The Rector commented that the demands are in unison with the policy declared by the goverment and what is insisted on is action insted of words.

The Rector answered a question about the rating system, stating that the class of a university needs to be based on thorough analysis of different factors apart from the rating system. He also reminded that the University protests for reforms and not for funding. Questions about the internships, the parametres of the budget for 2011 were raised by the students. Notes addressed to Alumni and institutions in Bulgaria, as well as to the citizens, the Rector, the Student Council, the Assembly and Control Council were read.
