The conference, which is part of the series "Geology Schools of Bulgaria", took place in the national museum Earth and People.
During the years, the school has been working in differente fields, some of the topics of which were "Structure and formation conditions of magma bodies", "Regional structure and geology research", etc.
Prof. Zhivko Ivanov was awarded the Blue Ribbon Honorary Insignia, awarded by the Academic Council verdict from 29th february, 2012. Prof. Albena Chavdarova, Vice-Rector, gave the award.
