Department of History of Philosophy and the Cultural Centre of Sofia University, together with publisher "East West" and the Institute for Medieval Philosophy and Culture presented the new book by prof. Angreas Speer: Metaphysical Thinking: Fragile Convergence.
The Conference Hall gathered a lot of scientists, students and interested, who attended the promotion and peeked at the book pages.
About the book
The book was presented by prof. Stiliyan Yotov. The book presents a purely philosophical view over the notion "convergence". The "metaphysics" is viewed from the point of view of the contemporary world. As with most things in philosophy, the questions in metaphysics are more important than the answers. The book presents a different view beyond thinking: to view "otherness" through reasoning.
