The Academic Council awarded Assoc. Prof. Daniel Valchev with the Blue Ribbon Insignia on 30th September.
Assoc. Prof. Daniel Valchev was born in 1962 in Bourgas. He completed his higher education at Faculty of Law at Sofia University, then specialized in Paris (European Institute of Public Administration) and Rome (NATO Military College). He holds a PhD degree in Law and lectures in the field of law.
From 2005 to 2009 he was Minister of Education and Sciences.
Prof. Ivan Ilchev presented Assoc. Prof. Daniel Valchev with the Blue Ribbon Insignia.
