The Prime Minister of Bulgaria signed agreements on collaboration in education with two big state universities during his official visit in Georgia and Armenia.
Prof. Ivan Ilchev, the Rector of Sofia University, signed agreements with Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and Armenian State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovyan during the official visit in Tbilisi and Yerevan on 1st and 3rd April, 2012.
