National University TV Channel "Alma Mater" on air nationally

The press conference of the TV channel "Alma Mater" started with the national song dedicated to the Day of the Alphabet. The press conference was dedicated to the national broadcast of the channel through bTV Media Group.

Since the beginning in 2008, the TV channel "Alma Mater" has been trying to bridge between the cultural and commercial in order for the students to be presented in the media not only as subjects but to have their voice and citizens' position. The press conference gave the start of this initiative after the successful start of the programme "Ku-ku: Reloaded" on 22nd May, 2011. The Rector, Prof. Ilchev, wished them success; the team was also addredded by the Prime Minister Mr. Boyko Borisov.

The press conference continued by presenting the teams of the programmes "Ku-ku: Reloaded" and "Atelier", the student workshop for art and the new programme "proActive".

It also gave the start for the project "Golden Youth Fund".
