The committee of the Permanent Seminar in International Law and EU Law of the Faculty of Law invited H.E. Mrs. Sheila Camerer, Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa, to deliver a lecture on "Bilateral relations between Bulgaria and South Africa".
Mrs. Sheila Camerer has a reach diplomatic experience, she was a member of the Parliament of her country, and a Deputy-Minister of the Ministry of Law. She captured the audience attention with her analysis, creative thinking and personality. Her friendly manner encouraged the students to ask questions.
