The offical opening was delivered by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Assoc. Prof. Sasho Penov. The presentations to follow were delivered by Prof. Malina Novkirishka, Prof. Krassimira Sredkova, Prof. Vihur Kiskinov, Ass. Prof. Shinka Stoeva and Prof. Nikolay Natov. They were followed by discussions.
