Prof. Kiril Topalov was awarded the Honorary Blue Ribbon Insignia of Sofia University today.
The verdict was made by the Academic Council on 9th April, 2012.
Prof. Topalov is a Bulgarian scientist, writer, play writer, translator, critic and public figure. He is the author of a number of research works and books, popular novels, three of which were filmed, children's books, etc.
