The golden plate for "Electronic Site" was given for the online edition for analysis, research and critique of the media, public relations and adverosement Newmedia21.eu, designed by a team from the UNESCO Department, Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication of Sofia University and the University of Turnovo. The award was received by Assoc. Prof. Teodora Petrova, Dean of the Faculty, and Assoc. Prof. Margarita Pesheva, University of Turnovo.

The gold for "Books"was given to "America: the social tropic" by Prof. Milko Petrov, Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication of Sofia University.

Gold was also given to the online edition media-journal.info, managed by Prof. Lyubomir Stoykov, University of National and World Economy.

Golden quill for Electronic Media and Press were given to the Alumni of the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication of Sofia University: Boyko Vasilev (BNT) and Kudrinka Kudrinova ("Theme"). All awards can be seen on the website of the Union of Journalists in Bulgaria.
