We are pleased to announce the free access of articles from two data bases:
Institute for Scientific and Technical Information (INIST) of the French Academy of Sciences (CNRS), which offers articles, theses, collections, proceedings and other documents available through French libraries. The catalogue is accessible at www.refdoc.fr
Portal for Francophone Journals CAIRN, which gathers several large publishing houses and offers free access to papers before 2008. The access for the last 4 years is paid. The catalogue is available at www.cairn.info
