The unique for the East Europe International Masters' Degree Programme "European Union Law" starts for the forth academic year in row. The programme is realized in collaboration with the University of Nancy, France and is patronized by the Prime Minister and H.E. Ambassador of France.

The graduates of the programme received their diplomas in the presence of Boyko Borisov, Prime Minister, Tsetska Tsacheva, Chairperson of the Parliament, Prof. Ivan Ilchev, Rector of Sofia University, H.E. Etienne de Poncins, French Ambassador to Sofia, other ambassadors, Ministers and public persons.

In his address Prof. Ilchev assured the young magistrates that they have received European education in the most prestigious university in Bulgaria. Mr. Borisov announced that the administration needs such people.

The programme is oriented towards practicing lawyers, government staff, diplomats, businessmen, etc. It offers professional education closely related to the EU law, and is practically oriented to the successful integration of Bulgaria in the EU. The Head of the programme is Dr. Atanas Semov, lecturer at Sofia University and Deputy Chairman of the Parliament.
