Moderator of the event was the Director Executive of the Bulgarian-Korean Centre for IT cooperation Prof. Popivanov.
Official guests of the event were Prof. Ilchev, the Rector, H.E. Dr. Chun Bee-ho, Korean Ambassador and Mr. Parvan Rusinov, Deputy Minister of Transport, IT and Communications. The Korean coordinator Jaehong Yoon presented ITCC perspectives, followed by Valery Borisov, director of eGov, Ministry of Transport, IT and Communications presented the development of the e-government. Bozhil Dobrev, Veselin Stoyanov and Dr Vladimir Aleksiev summarised the results of the three ITCC projects.The conference continued with the presentations by the experts Dr Eunjoo Kim, Prof Sung-kook Han, Jaehee Chung and Yavor Dzhonev.
