It is organized by Sofia University, Ministry of Transport, Information Technologies, and Information of Bulgaria, and the Ministry of Business Administration and Security of Korea.

The symposium was opened by the Rector, Prof. Ilchev, and was presented in two sections: a Bulgarian and a Korean ones. Discussions will be arranged as a culmination towards the end of the event.
