Co-organizer of the event were the University Botanical Garden, Varna, the Academic Jokey Club and the Riding Club, Varna.

The event was attended by the Director of the Department of Education, Youth Activities and Sports with Varna Municipality, Mrs Kalinka Popstefanova, the Deputy Head of the Naval Academy of Varna, the Director of the Zoo, Varna, Mrs Ivanka Stoyanova and representatives of the funding companies Ingstroyengineering EOOD Varna and Kalimantzi Properties Ltd. Many citizens and guests of the sea capital Varna preferred the coolness of the park and enjoyed the entertainment provided by the organizers. A DJ guaranteed the great mood, and a ride by a carriage was available for all interested.
