1.Submission of the documents from 27th July to 11th September, 2026

All documents must be submitted in person or via a representative with a notarized power of attorney.

1.Starting the Recognition procedure at least 6 months before the deadline for application. Submission of documents: from 27th July to 11th September, 2026 for programs starting on 1st October, 2026 and from 1st October, 2026 to 15th January, 2027 for programs starting in February

2.In 2 weeks the University will send the documents
to the Ministry of Education and Science in order to receive
a special document which is needed for Visa D application

Application fee € payable by bank transfer.

2.Submission of all application documents (including the Diploma recognition document) from 27th July to 11th September, 2026 for
programs starting on 1st October and from 1st October, 2026 to 15th January, 2027
for programs starting in February. Application fee € payable by bank transfer.
3.The Ministry of Education and Science return the documents
with an answer for acceptance or refusal in a month
3.In 2 weeks the University will send the documents to
the Ministry of Education and Science in order to receive a special document which is needed for Visa D application
4.The Admission office for Foreign students
will contact the candidate

5.The applicants can enroll at the University
when the candidate enrollment document is issued.

It is recommended to submit the documents earlier according to the time that is needed for documents processing.

All documents must be submitted in person or via a representative with a notarized power of attorney.

**An English or Bulgarian certificate is obligatory. It depends on which language the education is provided.

Undergraduate programs

Individuals who graduated non-Bulgarian secondary schools submit a Certificate for acknowledged secondary education issued by the National Centre for Information and Documentation. The certificate contains the grades in the different subjects recalculated according to the Bulgarian grade system.

IT IS OBLIGATORY TO SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL DIPLOMA AND THE SUPPLEMENT WITH THE ORIGINAL TRANSLATIONS AND LEGALIZATIONS AND THE CERTIFICATE FROM THE REGIONAL DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION WITH THE CONVERTED GRADES!

The applicants from non-EU member countries will receive online the document for Visa D application from the Ministry of Education and Science!

The document for acceptance that is needed for Visa application will be issued by the Faculty after the enrollment of the candidate!
